Beware

This is a warning about the Shimmian Rhinoplasty Clinic in Seoul, South Korea. I was told Dr. Jung spoke English. When I arrived at the clinic after a long trip, I found out Dr. Jung did not speak English well when his business manager, Jay Le, had to act as a translator. Whenever I tried to clarify the corrections to make to my nose that Jay Le translated to Jung, Jay Le told me to just trust him.  I stated I wanted ear graft and another material if there was not enough ear graft. However, Jung used rib graft without my legal consent. When I was upset about my chest being cut into and having this hard rib graft placed in my nose, Jay Le said Dr. Jung would not provide any follow-up care if I did not say on a smart phone recording that I consented to rib graft. I did not even sign any consent forms or was not notified about risks of rib graft before the surgery. The office told me to skip over that section since I was not getting a rib graft. But Jay Le treated me like I was a prisoner stating I could not leave until he recorded me consenting to the rib graft one week after Jung did it. It was not until a fellow student, Dinesh Valse, walked by and Jay Le told him to tell me, "You consented to rib graft, right?" and I responded, "I did not want rib graft because of the risks involved." After I said this, Jay Le stopped recording on his smart phone because Dinesh Valse said there were no risks involved with a rib graft. What a lie. The lies did not end there. I filed a merchant dispute with VISA credit card. Jay Le and Dinesh Valse replied to VISA that I consented and prepaid for rib graft in advance. How unethical can a clinic be? I also acquired a deadly bacteria infection from their unsanitary instruments. When I asked them to try to find the source of the bacteria in their clinic, they said the bacteria infection was my fault. So, this is a warning about their unsanitary clinic and them forcing you to pay for procedures done without your consent. By the way, I need to have another rhinoplasty to correct the work done by Dr. Jung. My problems were not fixed, and now I have more nose problems as well as rib problems.
